Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

Whole Wheat PizzaPizza is a universal favorite in our house.  I prefer to make it at home rather than buy. This way I can control the ingredients that go into it. No preservatives is the best part.

Next I always cut down on the cheese.  Of course this is not a 100% whole wheat pizza, but still better than the regular one.
Here is how a conversation with Aditya would proceed when he smells Pizza in the oven.
Aditya: MMM!!! Somethin smells yummy Amma??
Me: It’s Pizza.
Aditya: Yay!!! I love Pizza.
He does love to make Pizza too. The moment I turn on my bread machine or even just pull it out when he is around.
He’ll ask ” Amma, What are you making?”
Me: Pizza Dough
Aditya: I know how to make Pizza. You first roll out the dough.  Then put tomato sauce and chicken. And then  – then you put the cheese and put it in the oven.
Aditya: Right Amma??
Me: Yes Aditya, but I’ll be putting some vegetables too on your Pizza and you need to eat them.
Aditya: BUT I don’t like vege-ta-bles on my pizza.
Me: Just taste a few and if you don’t like them you can remove them.
Aditya: OOOkay!!!! Is the pizza dough ready??
The days now might be crazy and hectic, but I know I’m going to miss them once he grows up. Kids just seem to grow up way too fast.
