This is variation of my Coconut Flavored Veggie Pulao. Vegetable Pulao is one rice dish I love to make often. It’s the easiest way to get a good combination of veggies inot ones diet. Pair it off with a meat curry and yoghurt and a delicious and healthy meal is ready.
Atukulu Upma or Poha is another quick breakfast or snack which Shilpi keeps asking for regularly. It’s a real easy to whip up in less than 20 minutes even when I am being interrupted constantly every 2 minutes .

Dal’s are an integral part of Indian Cookery. In English they are commonly know as Lentils , Pulses or Grams. For the Indian population these are the main source of protien. Every region of India has its own unique recipe for the dals.
