This is my very first post in this series and I have decided to set some ground rules for my self regarding how I will proceed.
- For the sake of consistency I will list all the dals with their Hindi names.
- Each post will have a number associated with them for an easy way to kep track of the order of the posts.
- If I find new stuff about a particular dal that I have already covered I will update the original post and make a new post about the update.
- For each dal I will list the recipes it can be used in.
- As I keep posting the recipes, I will put in links to the recipes in the original post.
Hmm! for now I guess I have covered the basics. If I come across some other point I need to be consistent about I will add them later.
