Menu Plan Update

I managed to stick to the plan for most of today. I forgot eating breakfast as usual this morning.  But lunch was on time and I made Poppu Charu instead of Sambar and Tofu stir fry.  Poppu Charu is basically sambar minus the sambar masala and the gur. I realized I was out of sambar powder so made poppu charu instead.  I also makde the suji halwa, but skipped making the berry syrup. Will make it on Wednesday instead.

There is enough food for tomorrow, with leftover soup and potato curry along with today’s poppu charu and tofu stir fry.  We are also trying to get DS eat less meats in generally and introduce more veggies in his diet. He still prefers a protein rich diet, though he does love the cream of broccoli soup.  He likes tofu and dhals, which are as usual rich in proteins. He will eat beans and okra occasionally and he likes his carrots with ranch dressing, though he eats more of the ranch dressing than carrots to be honest.

I will be posting the recipes in separate posts to make it easier for me to categorize and find later on.
