The Bread had turned out extremely soft and delicious. I loved it and am glad that I have a really nice recipe for soft white bread.
1 ½ cups – Water
4 ¼ cups – All Purpose Flour
3 tbsp – Sugar
2 tbsp – Dry Milk
2 tsp – Salt
3 tbsp – I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter
2 ½ tsp – Active Dry Yeast
Measure all ingredients into bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer. Process on White Bread cycle.
Once the bread has cooled down make sure you keep it wrapped in parchment paper or plastic wrap. The bread usually lasts only for a couple of days in our house, so I use plastic wrap. That will prevent the bread from drying out and forming a hard crust.
